Ring ... Ring ... (The call is for you - answer it).

Normally here in this blog, I review cutting edge products for Internet entrepreneurs.

However today’s post, goes beyond cutting edge Internet products and gives you a glimpse into the future hybrid of Internet Marketing combined with Mobile phone and mobile device marketing.

The landscape of marketing is changing again, even faster than it did from print to web, and if you intend to stay competitive, I highly recommend you read this informative blog review carefully.

Before I begin my review of the product “Mobile Marketing Exposed,” let me first give you some startling, game changing statistics, concerning mobile vs. standard Internet marketing. And why you need to be aware of any products in this burgeoning new marketing sector.

•    88% of all Americans now carry mobile devices religiously and are connected all day long, wherever they go. You can even reach them while they sleep by leaving messages in there “voice mail” ready as soon as they wake up.

When leaving the home, the two most common possessions people claim to need are their car keys and their mobile phone. (Don’t leave home without it!)

•    For every one computer in use, there are now approximately 10 mobile devices, (cell -phones/iPads/Blackberries/etc.) in use sending and receiving information from users all throughout the day.  94% of all text messages sent are read by the recipient, with a whopping 75% of those messages read instantly, as they are received.

As you know, large companies have already been profitably exploiting these statistics by connecting with customers effectively through their mobile devices.

In “Mobile Marketing Exposed”, you’ll find that individual marketers and small to medium sized companies can now effectively exploit these same methods and new technologies to profitably reach mobile customers and their wallets!

One Case Study from MME: A small-time marketer was uncovered using location based text messaging to alert targeted mobile users of incredibly low automobile prices at web auctions in their area. By offering easy means for signing up to an online auction site promoted through ClickBank, he was able to make instant profits without even owning the site.

As with all new technologies, marketers will discover new and inventive ways to make money once they understand how to exploit it.

If you’re wondering how your sites fair in this burgeoning new 4.1 billion with a “B” mobile market, check out how some of your sites are displayed vs. perhaps google.mobi by entering both yours and theirs into this free mobile phone simulator http://mtld.mobi/emulator.php provided by Dotmobi.

If you’re shocked or embarrassed by the way your site is displayed to billions of mobile users you will be either happy or horrified to find that most cell phone and mobile device users will never see your site!

Mobile devices usually only access special mobile search-engines so the chance of them discovering your embarrassment is almost zero.

You see, what many cell phone and mobile device users don’t even realize is that when they search for sites online, from there phones and mobile devices their service tries to provide only results specifically optimized and relevant for being seen through the phone or device they are using.

This means your site is filtered out of results if it doesn’t display well.

It’s a brave new world of changing technologies with a network of publishers scrambling to supply content in formats that can be displayed well over this huge but complicated array of differing devices and service providers.

Fortunately, for you, “Mobile Marketing Exposed” exposes how easy it is to find tools for preparing sites that will display great on these mobile devices and get them indexed by the special search engines that people use from their phones and various mobile devices.

Google mobile search is vastly different from standard Google search, as you will see.

Marketing and promotion is also a whole new ball game through mobile applications, with a different set of rules and tools for checking return on investment. Initially it may seem like a maze to traverse but “Mobile Marketing Exposed” directs you to free tools and economical options to capitalize on the power of these mobile mediums.

Through SMS advertising, marketers are achieving an average of 12% conversion, often higher when marketers take time to utilize all of the tools available to target their audience, which are described in detail by Simon and Jeremy in this “Mobile Marketing Exposed course.

As “Mobile Marketing Exposed” explains, you can purchase SMS, text, video and other forms of direct-to-mobile-user-advertising, as easily and more affordably than buying Google Adwords, with even more incredible results.

Link Cloaking - the Ultimate Affiliate Marketers Friend

Link cloaking is a very important part of affiliate marketing.  In
a nutshell, link cloaking is a way to protect your affiliate
commissions from being stolen.  It's not totally foolproof.  Smart
individuals who are well-educated about the matter can still figure
out how to keep you from getting your commission.

But most people won't go that far, so cloaking your links will
prevent most commission loss. How do people steal affiliate
commissions?  Well, have you ever hovered over a link and noticed
that the link was an obvious affiliate link?

Some people type in the parent domain instead of clicking the link
as a way of making sure the owner of the site gets paid 100% for
the sale.  Some people falsely believe that if they buy from an
affiliate link, they'll have to pay more for a commission mark-up.

Some people actually do it for a different reason.  If you're
promoting a ClickBank product, especially to other marketers, many
of them know they can insert their own ClickBank ID and get what's
usually a 50% or more discount on the product.

This is a different type of affiliate commission theft, because the
person doing it gets the affiliate commission themselves, rather
than just making sure you don't get it.  Most people don't do that,
of course, but it happens.

Most people are pretty honest, and don't mind giving you a little
affiliate commission in exchange for recommending a good product to
them.  But it's enough of a concern that you should take steps to
prevent it.

You can easily set up your own link cloaking system.  You can set
up a directory on one of your domains.  Most marketers use the
domain of their own name, as in bobsmith.com.  Then they typically
have a subdirectory called /recommends/.

Inside of that directory, they create a new subdirectory for each
product, like this: bobsmith.com/recommends/productname. In that
directory, they place what's called a redirect file, which
instantly takes the visitor to the actual affiliate link without
displaying it. You can easily find out how create a redirect by
looking it up online. It's very simple to do.

There are also a number of link cloaking scripts available.  Most
of them are relatively easy to install and use.  There's a big
benefit to using a script rather than doing it yourself.  Using
your simple redirect, there isn't an easy way to check how much
traffic you've sent to your link, like scripts do.

Most link cloaking scripts also allow you to add new links very
easily within an administrative area, and then each link is tracked
so that you can see how much traffic is going through the link.  If
you use your own file, the only way to tell how much traffic you've
sent is through your affiliate stats, which may be inaccurate, or
through your web server's stats, which may be difficult to use and hard to understand.

One of the best I've found is ViralURL. I've been a member for awhile now,
and it not only cloaks your affiliate link, it also provides tracking, And the best part,
the basic membership is absolutely free. But I suggest you upgrade using the one time
offer. It's one of the best around, and offers a slew of benefits the free membership does not.
