Lawnchair Miliionaire and Downline Secrets 2

Heads up, gang. I just came across a new home business that is less than $30 per month and offers a subscription to what has got to be the craziest, easiest, and most fun ways to make money online.

Just me, my computer, and an Internet connection is all it takes. They say I'll only have to work less than 1 hour per day Monday through Friday and I will more than likely can make more in that hour than I would all day at work. And, this thing is just started to take off .............

It's called the Lawnchair Millionaire, and I like it because it's so automatic, and worth a serious look see. More details are at the link below...
The Lawnchair Millionaire.

James Grandstaff, that really successful internet marketer, has just upped the ante with his Downline Secrets 2 package, a complete upgrade fro his original Downlie Secrets package. This one is also really easy to implement. Here the Link - Downline Secrets 2.

TTFN - and check my Beachmiser Blog for new newsey Christmas news. AND, I'm still working on my training blog - check it out because it is constantly changing as Liz teaches me more (and more ,,,, and more).

Kiosk has a new tool for Business

Just yesterday, Kiosk released a really cool new business tool, Powerpoint on the web, and they are offering a limited time trial period for anyone to try it out. If you're in business, and you need to do presentations over the web using Powerpoint, then this new tool is for you. I'll post more here later with the trial links, and more info later today.

Speaking of Kiosk, they are one of my main hosting providers, and my fav for all the tools and support they provide. There are some major internet marketers out there using Kiosk, so we can't all be wrong. Plus, they are always running specials of some kind, so if you're looking for a host provider that is oriented towards doing business on the web, you couldn't find one. Follow this link: http://wwkiosk.com/members/shagmiser/ultimate_host.php.

Read the previous post. It's about Rich Sheferin's release of his part 2 of the Attention Age Doctrine. This is a must have for today's netrepreneur. See the Post and Follow this link:

Rich Schefrin has finally released part 2 of his anticipated Attention Age Doctrine, and for right now it's free. I've posted more details on my other blog, Dick Hale's Blog, so go there to view the video, and register to get your free copy.

That's if for now - I just wanted to get this posted.

I'm Lazy, You're Lazy, We're All Lazy

I'm not sure if we're all that lazy or not, but if you're doing any kind of Affiliate Internet Marketing (in capital letters) then you're in for a treat. Chris Rempel. who calls himself One Heck of a Lazy Super Affiliate has just released a new book called "Confessions of a Lazy Super Affiliate." But believe me, he ain't lazy, not with the thought he's put into his sales page, which isn't really a sales page at all but a blueprint skinny of his actual book. As Chris says, "The more action you take, the more money you'll make," and he seems to live by that rule. Don't take my word for it, go check out his sales page for "Confessions of a Lazy Super Affiliate" and you'll see what I mean. And if you already know what you're doing, then you can use his sales page as a blueprint and not even buy the book. Now that's a deal. And think about it, if he put that much knowledgeable savvy into the sales page, think what the book must hold. I've already got my copy.

On another front, and speaking of lazy affiliates, Dr. Mike and Eric Louviere's new Lazy Affiliate System is chock full of stuff you can really use to market affiliate products, including the site itself. For those who may be a little confused, the Lazy Affiliate System is the combination of Affiliate Sales Letters and Affiliate Sales Videos, two distinct memberships all rolled into one package! Here's an excerpt from their sales page: "If You Ever Wanted To Make An Absolute Fortune As An Affiliate Marketer - Being As Lazy As You Want To Be - Then This Is Your Luxury-VIP-Ticket To Smashing Success With Passive-Online-Income... Guaranteed!" Uh-Huh! Sounds like hype, but actually it isn't because, I've been on their site, am a member, and they really do deliver on the hype. This membership site is the real deal, and they've got more stuff on Affiliate Marketing coming out all the time. As Ian Mathew would say, you've got to "invest in yourself!" Click Here to read their sales page.

Speaking of Affiliate Sales and Marketing, there are 2 people who wrote the book on this subject.

One is Rosaland Gardner, who I consider the Godmother of Affiliate Marketing. She's been doing it very successfully for many years, and is probably one of the most respected affiliate marketers on the planet. Her book is called the Super Affiliate Handbook, and in it, this latest version for 2007, she talks about Blogging, Market Research, Affiliate Programs, Web Design, Problem Avoidance, and on and on. this should be considered the ultimate reference book on Affiliate Marketing.

Then there's Ewen Chias Secret Affiliate Weapon. Or as you seen it referred to before, SAW. Ewen Chia is probably one of the most successful affiliate marketers around, and to not take advise and mentoring from him is wasteful.

Yes, these are all affiliate links, mostly to Clickbank. If you'd like to review any of the products offered above, just click on the hyperlink. If you decide you'd like to buy from any of those links, I will make an affiliate fee.

But, if you'd like to save some money by buying from your own affiliate code, then read about how to do that from my online article, Saving on Clickbank. I promise, I won't be offended. We're all here to help each other, right?

Working on a new Blog

As part of a course I'm taking, and in order to post some examples of stuff that I play around with, or to just ramble on about nothing, I've created a new blog called (of all things) Dick Hale's blog. CIO - or Check it Out.

One of the first entries is about the new Nutronix pay plan, and the post itself tries to explain it a little better than the official explanations, although those were pretty good also. My friend and mentor, Lana Flack, put these thoughts together, so really, if you're at all interested in my new blog, check out the Dick Hale Blog.

Speaking of this new course, Liz Tomey's Website Traffic Training, I'm going to be really busy over the next few weeks concentrating on Liz's course, so these postings may space out a bit. But I will try and keep you all up to date on any tidbits I may come across in the course of taking Liz's course.

Have you seen my new ad site for Automatic Builder? Pretty cool if I do say so myself, and obviously, I do. So jump on over and see for yourself. I call it American Dream, but I realise that's a bit conceited on my part, but so what! It's my site. Anyway, if you do sign up you'll be inserted into my email course about succeeding on the Internet (2nd or 3rd email into the series), which has nothing to do with Automatic Builder. It's just that AB is a good way to build an online business and reap some additional coin if you will. It fits the profile I mention in my flagship site, The Internet Retirement System.

Enough for now - I've got some homework to do, so TTFN, and
I Wish You Enough.

Time - Where does it go!

I just realized I haven't posted for like 10 days. Wow, what a bummer. I've been meaning to, but time just slipped away what with other projects and all. If you want to see what I've been up to, Frank Salinis from The Traffic Secret has given me a special promotion, and I've been pushing that. Check it out at Your Key to Succeed. Go ahead and sign up and my autorepsonder will send you a really good series on what it takes to market on the internet, along with list building ideas, etc. It's not bad, even if I do say so myself.

So, what else it hot? Besides the aforementioned The Traffic Secret, there's ViralURL with its affiliate cloaking AND list build capabilities. I have been promoting that as well, both on my flagship site, as well as promotional emails to my list builders. By why The Traffic Secret you might ask. Well, until he reaches 2,500 members, Frank is keeping the upgrade price REALLY low to attract attention. And, boy howdy, is he. This is one of the hottest list mailers on the net right now. It really is worth your time to check it out. The Traffic Secret, you'll see what I mean.

This next piece of news is really time limited, so pay attention, because the special ends 9:00 AM this coming Monday, Nov 12th. Kiosk.WS is running a fire sale right now, and it's one of the best I've seen yet. 'Nuff said here, just go Check it out. But if you have no idea what it is that Kiosk.WS does, let Joel Therien, CEO, tell you all about it:
View Joel's Video.

That's it for todays post. Check back often, or use the RSS feed posted in my links section to get notified automatically. I use my Yahoo personalized home page to post the RSS feeds. Works like a champ. TTFN - Dick "The Shagmiser" Hale

Codrut Turcanu clears up the Mystery

Appropriate for Halloween?
Was it $30,000 in 20 days, or $300 in 20 days? He kept flipping back and forth in his copy, and blog. But he cleared it up. According to Codrut, he "forgot to mention that only 100 newbies will have the chance to participate in the '$30,000 In 20 Days Challenge'. So 100 multiplied by $300 each is $30,000 and that’s why I changed the headline from $300, to $30,000 ...." OK - I'm now cleared up, how 'bout you? Read his entire post here: http://www.codrutturcanu.com/30000-in-20-days/ then comment, and/or sign up to be on the inside track when he does release his program. This is not an affiliate link or anything like that, just an FYI for all you newbies out there so you can check it out for yourself.

Traffic Secrets(?)
Frank Salinas has a new traffic generating script just out - http://viralurl.com/shagmiser/Traffic-Secrets. What makes this site so different and such a secret? Members - can post their ads more often and get paid bigger commissions compared to the rest -and have the chance to earn residual income. You can earn up to 100% commissions residually every month PLUS up to 50% commissions on all of your referrals' credit purchases. That's huge! It is definately worth checking out -

Codrut Turcanu is at it Again

Codrut Turcanu, that crazy Romanian, one of my favorite Internet Marketers, is at it again. This time he's issued a challange. He's saying he can make you a minimum of $300 in 20 days, with No list, No website, NO Blog, NO product of your own, and NO paid advertising. Oops, can he meet this kind of challange? Well, I'm going to see what happens, myself. It could be interesting. Here's some more details on his blog, http://www.codrutturcanu.com/blog/300-in-20-days/, and be sure and comment.

OK - on to some other stuff. Our campaign to build our downline team in Automatic Builder is really taking off, and I'm starting to see some real progress. It's one of our top 3 recommendations for my Internet Retirement System site. If you haven't taken the tour yet, go ahead and do so. Once I'm notified you've actually signed up to take the tour, I've got a really cool, free e-book for you, something sure to help you with your network business.

There seems to be a whole raft of mentoring programs out there right now, and everyone seems to be jumping on the bandwagon. From Mile Filsaime and Russell Brunson to Keith Wellman and others, it seems as if everyone who's ever made significant money on the internet now wants to mentor us. Personally, I think that's a good thing, but really watch your costs on these offerings because they can be pretty high. So, my advise? Really know who it is that's making the mentoring offer. Make sure he or she (yes, Liz Tomey is also coaching) knows their stuff and is charging accordingly, and that they promise to keep the number of mentorees (sic) to a reasonable level (under a 100 or so). Is there any one-on-one included in the offer? Is there a supported help line? That's just a few of the things I'd look for. But be that as it may, having a personal mentor can be a really good thing to help you get off the ground. That's why Condrut's little offer (above) is interesting. It's got manageable scope and resonable expectations.

A Couple of New Launches

Dr. Jon has just released V5 of his "Get Google Ads Free" book. It's like almost completely rewritten, and has some new techniques and insights. It is worthwhile checking out, but don't let the free part fool you. Google's still making their coin, in fact they've actually (if not) endorsed the technique Dr. Jon talks about, they're certainly not against it. Basically, the free is relative in that it's supposed to be a zero sum game. What you spend up front you make up for on the back end. Curious? Get a copy.

Dr. Mike and Howie Schwartz have just launched their Lead Generation 3.0, and it is simply amazing. I took the 10 day beta challange, and even though I didn't do very well at all (other things kept me from really getting into it), from what I could see, they've put together a truly ground breaking lead generation system that could make you a lot of money in the long run. You really have to check it out to see what I'm talking about.

I'm still working on constantly improving my Internet Retirement System website. Do me a small favor, go CIO and tell me what you think. I could use the critique. And feel free to comment at any time on this blog, and my other Beachmiser Blog.

Reiteration - the Tintinabulation of the Bells

OH! I think I meant aliteration. However, I do need to reiterate something I posted awhile back, and is worth repeating. One of the best books to read when it comes to an entreprenurial philosophy that can be transmuted into material wealth is Napoleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich, and I built a site some time back where you can download it for free. Here 'tis:
http://www.shagmiser.com//mustreadbooks/.

Now, DO NOT bother to sign up for the opt-in list (I don't use it anymore, just to lazy to take it off) to get your copy. Simply use this link:
http://www.shagmiser.com//mustreadbooks/subscribers-only.htm
to download your free copy. There's also some other e-books on there, but Napoleon Hill's is the most significant. If you are new to IM and entreprenurial endeavors, this is a great book to get started with. If you're a business entreprenuer, you just might be interested in these books.

Upcoming Tidbit:
Set your clocks back 1 hour Sunday, Nov 4th, one week later than in the past.

How High's the Water, Mama?

Then Johnny Cash would sing, "Well, it's 5 feet high and risin' !" That's how I feel about all the hype and hyperbole going on out the in IM land right now. Everybody's giving all this high flying advise but nobody is giving us the down and dirty details on HOW they get it done, except maybe a few. And Liz Tomey is one of those few, along with Neil Shearing, Jim Daniels, and John Reese. I've posted some earlier comments about these folks before, so I'll let you find the specific ones.

Another lady who is "telling it like it is" is one of my mentors, Ann Seig. You have got to review her free e-book "The 7 Great Lies of Network Marketing" if you're either into MLM's, or are thinking about it. And I've got a free copy for you on my download page - so CIO.

If you haven't been to my companion site, where I talk about the Retirement Red Zone, then head on over to The Internet Retirement System. I am constantly tweaking this thing, so join my (double) opt-in list and keep up with what I'm doing. I advocate programs, systems, and ideas to help keep you afloat (or should I say, indulge in that much needed extra income) in these trying times.

NO ONE LEFT BEHIND

I cannot start to tell you guys how excited I am to have found and joined this site. If you're curious about what it is I'm talking about, go there now:
http://www.gibline.com/shagmiser

And no, it's not about G.W.'s school plan.

It's called GIBLink, and it's the newest and best thing in Internet 2.0 (they call it 2.5 but who's quibbling?), especially for anyone, and I mean anyone, involved in Internet Marketing.

First off, it is a networking site like My Space. They estimate there will be 500,000 members by December. This part of the program is called Giblink and it has everything you could want in a networking site. Blogs, places to advertise your own sites, ways to include or exclude people you want in your network, an html editor to set up your ads and on and on. You really need to see this to understand the work that has gone on in planning the network side of this site.

The other part of the program is called Gibline. Gibline is a payplan where everyone gets paid as they cycle through the program. We are talking about large sums of money for those who get in early, checks like 25,000 and 50,000 and evenup to 1 million dollars when you cycle to 15 pods.

I can't say this enough times.

You must be in this early in order to take full advantage of the cycling process which happens over and over again and as you cycle you get more cycle pods added to your line. More pods means more money.

I'm not hiding the affiliate link on this one because I want you to see what it looks like.

One Day Older and Deeper in Debt

That's what ole' Tennessee Ernie Ford sang about. Remember the song? It's called "16 Tons" and it was put out an awfully long time ago, somewhere around the late 50's if memory serves. But the sentiment is still the same today, especially in these days and times what with the mortgage crisis and all. And it's especially true if you're retired, or just working from home "trying to make a living."

If you haven't figured out the secret yet, here's a hint. It's called Passive Income, of the "set and forget" variety. And I've got 2 resources to help you with establishing "set and forget" type programs that produce passive income.

The first is my site, the Retirement Income System where I talk about all sorts of interesting ideas and projects you can get going on. Here's a link to my favs right now - CIO (check it out).

The other is a video course just released by Neil Shearing called (and this IS right up our respective alleys) "Passive Cashflow Secrets" and it is available right now. Now, is that not opportune or what. And until Wednesday of this week, Neil is keeping the cost really low, so you've got to act fairly quickly. CIO at:
www.dickhale.com/recommends/passivecashflowsecrets.html

I mean anyone could use some passive income right now. So we're not just limiting ourselves to retirees. We're talking stay-at-home Moms, second income searchers, college kids looking for extra spending money, just about anyone needing some extra change in their pocket.

And there really no better way than passive income using the Internet.

It's TGIF, and Time's a Wastin'

Jim Daniels has a new post out, and it is rather timely. He discusses 2 potential "holes" that might be in your business, and what you might be able to do to patch them up. You can read about it at his BizWeb e-Gazette. And while you're there, reconsider getting his "New Age Work at Home Plan" if you haven't already. This is one book I've really gotten a lot out of, and I highly recommend it to you. However, since you're reading about it here, you need to order it through me from my Digital Shores site so that I'll get the referrals. The report is free, but if you decide on the upsales, I'll get the credit. So there.

My other blog, the Beachmiser Blog, is spouting off about one more Alaskan Cruise video that just got posted. If you've never seen Sitka, Alaska from a kayak, then this is not the video for you. But it is about kayaking in and around the Sitka wilds.

Some of you may know my good friend Blaine. Well, his Dad just passed away the other night, and we'd like to send out our sincerest condolences and fond remembrances to Glen, Blaine and their family, especially his Dad's family and friends. Glen was 98+ when he fell asleep for the final time, and he will be fondly remembered. He was a very unique individual (to say the least) and a person that was just an honor to know. I felt privileged to call him a friend.

Are your taxes done? The automatic extension is up this coming Monday, so if you're a heavy procrastinator like me, don't let this slip by. 'Nuff said.

OK - it's TGIF and almost tea time for a T cubed. Hoist one in memory of Glen, he'd like that!

Neil Shearing Does It Again

One of the most respected online marketers, Neil Shearing, has just released an incredible set of movies. I strongly urge you to check them out...
http://scamfreezone.com/t.cgi?a=207292&e=/cashflow/

Why should you take a look? Well, Neil is an expert at creating Passive Cashflow. That means, he sets up a revenue stream and then forgets about it... while it keeps putting money into his back account. Neil says this is the only way for lazy people, like him, to get rich online. :-)

In one example, he shows how he earned $82.95 from Adsense in just one day, from one website which he claims builds itself! In another example he'll show you how he's still earning money from a site he set up which has earned him $30,240 over seven years! How many people do you know who have been earning "hands free" money online for that long?

There are other examples... one autoresponder put an extra $8,257 pure profit into his hands with no effort... one affiliate program paid him $26,704 passive income in a year. You see, there are lots of people who talk nonsense about making money online, but Neil isn't one of them. He's been earning cash online for over ten YEARS and all his products are of tried and tested, proven techniques.

Check out Neil's movies on creating passive cashflow right now, while you're thinking about it. http://scamfreezone.com/t.cgi?a=207292&e=/cashflow/

Major Updates

There are a couple of quick things to announce:

1. I've just updated my main site - The Internet Retirement System (dot com) and it now seems a lot cleaner, more straight forward, but still chock full of lots of "set and forget" and other ideas. Check it out - I think you'll really notice the improvement. Tell me what you think.

2. I've just signed on for Neil Sheering's new course about passive income programs, which is (obviously) right up my alley. So stay tuned, RSS this blog, and I'll keep us all updated as I learn new and wonderful things from Neil's course.

3. I am close to posting another Alaskan Cruise video, so check the Beachmiser Blog for news of that.

That's it for now - I just wanted to get these thought out whilst I was thinking of them.

Free List Building Service

I've just come across a new list building service called Business World List. Janet LeGere pointed me towards it, and am I glad she did. It's free to join, but as a free member you can only send out to 200 optins every 48 hours. As an upgraded paid member you can send out to there entire database of over 72,000 optin members every 48 hours. That's quite a difference. Plus, you can opt-out of all the member ads, and for only - what - $12.95 a month.

I've started off as a free member, just to check it out, but at that price I'll probably upgrade pretty soon. CIO at http://www.businessworldlist.com/members/index.cgi?shagmiser - and I mean really CIO.

OK - on to some other stuff. I'm going to get really dangerous here pretty soon because I'm taking some personal coaching from the offices of Ann Sieg. You all remember her, right? The Renegade Network Marketer? I bought her book awhile back (also called the Renegade Network Marketer interestingly enough), and part of that purchase was 30 minutes of consulting with one of her hand picked councilors. So maybe by the time she's through with me, I'll be really dangerous. One can only hope.

Anyway, she did publish a free e-book I'd like to pass along to you. It's called the "7 Great Lies of Network Marketing." Just right click on the underlined hyperlink and we'll take you there. There's no list gathering info to fill out or anything like that, just Ann's cool little book.

It's been awhile

Yeah, Yeah! I know, it's been awhile since I posted here. I promise, I'll do better in the future. But I have been concentrating more on my beachmiser blog, talking about and posting picture/videos of our recent Alaskan Cruise vacation. Now that was cool.

On the business front, I've added a new page to my IRS site, something you should take the time and CIO (check it out). It's the 3 main programs I am currently promoting and marketing, so CIO.

While you're there, also check out the updates to my original Shagmiser Site. It's still a shopping bot overview, but I've cleaned it up quit a bit. It also qualifies for a CIO salute.

One more thing. I've been advocating this for awhile now, and it's still current and relevant. And that's Jim Daniel's FREE report, "The New Age WORK at HOME Plan." As I mentioned, it's free if you know the secret. I revel all at my Digitalshores.net site. Just scroll down till you find it. Here's a picture of the book, click on it to CIO (that's Italian for check it out).

In fact, I am going to be advocating quite a few things as we trundle down this obscure path of Internet Marketing tidbits. You can keep up by subscribing to my main site, the Internet Retirement System, or sometimes know as "Let's Go Fishing in Retirement."

BTW - If you'd like an RSS feed to your website to notify you of new posts to this blog, use the following URL:
http://shagmiser.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default?alt=rss . I've got it as part of my Yahoo home account.

Helping Teachers, Helping Their Kids, With Your Help
