Codrut Turcanu is at it Again

Codrut Turcanu, that crazy Romanian, one of my favorite Internet Marketers, is at it again. This time he's issued a challange. He's saying he can make you a minimum of $300 in 20 days, with No list, No website, NO Blog, NO product of your own, and NO paid advertising. Oops, can he meet this kind of challange? Well, I'm going to see what happens, myself. It could be interesting. Here's some more details on his blog, http://www.codrutturcanu.com/blog/300-in-20-days/, and be sure and comment.

OK - on to some other stuff. Our campaign to build our downline team in Automatic Builder is really taking off, and I'm starting to see some real progress. It's one of our top 3 recommendations for my Internet Retirement System site. If you haven't taken the tour yet, go ahead and do so. Once I'm notified you've actually signed up to take the tour, I've got a really cool, free e-book for you, something sure to help you with your network business.

There seems to be a whole raft of mentoring programs out there right now, and everyone seems to be jumping on the bandwagon. From Mile Filsaime and Russell Brunson to Keith Wellman and others, it seems as if everyone who's ever made significant money on the internet now wants to mentor us. Personally, I think that's a good thing, but really watch your costs on these offerings because they can be pretty high. So, my advise? Really know who it is that's making the mentoring offer. Make sure he or she (yes, Liz Tomey is also coaching) knows their stuff and is charging accordingly, and that they promise to keep the number of mentorees (sic) to a reasonable level (under a 100 or so). Is there any one-on-one included in the offer? Is there a supported help line? That's just a few of the things I'd look for. But be that as it may, having a personal mentor can be a really good thing to help you get off the ground. That's why Condrut's little offer (above) is interesting. It's got manageable scope and resonable expectations.

A Couple of New Launches

Dr. Jon has just released V5 of his "Get Google Ads Free" book. It's like almost completely rewritten, and has some new techniques and insights. It is worthwhile checking out, but don't let the free part fool you. Google's still making their coin, in fact they've actually (if not) endorsed the technique Dr. Jon talks about, they're certainly not against it. Basically, the free is relative in that it's supposed to be a zero sum game. What you spend up front you make up for on the back end. Curious? Get a copy.

Dr. Mike and Howie Schwartz have just launched their Lead Generation 3.0, and it is simply amazing. I took the 10 day beta challange, and even though I didn't do very well at all (other things kept me from really getting into it), from what I could see, they've put together a truly ground breaking lead generation system that could make you a lot of money in the long run. You really have to check it out to see what I'm talking about.

I'm still working on constantly improving my Internet Retirement System website. Do me a small favor, go CIO and tell me what you think. I could use the critique. And feel free to comment at any time on this blog, and my other Beachmiser Blog.

Reiteration - the Tintinabulation of the Bells

OH! I think I meant aliteration. However, I do need to reiterate something I posted awhile back, and is worth repeating. One of the best books to read when it comes to an entreprenurial philosophy that can be transmuted into material wealth is Napoleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich, and I built a site some time back where you can download it for free. Here 'tis:
http://www.shagmiser.com//mustreadbooks/.

Now, DO NOT bother to sign up for the opt-in list (I don't use it anymore, just to lazy to take it off) to get your copy. Simply use this link:
http://www.shagmiser.com//mustreadbooks/subscribers-only.htm
to download your free copy. There's also some other e-books on there, but Napoleon Hill's is the most significant. If you are new to IM and entreprenurial endeavors, this is a great book to get started with. If you're a business entreprenuer, you just might be interested in these books.

Upcoming Tidbit:
Set your clocks back 1 hour Sunday, Nov 4th, one week later than in the past.

How High's the Water, Mama?

Then Johnny Cash would sing, "Well, it's 5 feet high and risin' !" That's how I feel about all the hype and hyperbole going on out the in IM land right now. Everybody's giving all this high flying advise but nobody is giving us the down and dirty details on HOW they get it done, except maybe a few. And Liz Tomey is one of those few, along with Neil Shearing, Jim Daniels, and John Reese. I've posted some earlier comments about these folks before, so I'll let you find the specific ones.

Another lady who is "telling it like it is" is one of my mentors, Ann Seig. You have got to review her free e-book "The 7 Great Lies of Network Marketing" if you're either into MLM's, or are thinking about it. And I've got a free copy for you on my download page - so CIO.

If you haven't been to my companion site, where I talk about the Retirement Red Zone, then head on over to The Internet Retirement System. I am constantly tweaking this thing, so join my (double) opt-in list and keep up with what I'm doing. I advocate programs, systems, and ideas to help keep you afloat (or should I say, indulge in that much needed extra income) in these trying times.

NO ONE LEFT BEHIND

I cannot start to tell you guys how excited I am to have found and joined this site. If you're curious about what it is I'm talking about, go there now:
http://www.gibline.com/shagmiser

And no, it's not about G.W.'s school plan.

It's called GIBLink, and it's the newest and best thing in Internet 2.0 (they call it 2.5 but who's quibbling?), especially for anyone, and I mean anyone, involved in Internet Marketing.

First off, it is a networking site like My Space. They estimate there will be 500,000 members by December. This part of the program is called Giblink and it has everything you could want in a networking site. Blogs, places to advertise your own sites, ways to include or exclude people you want in your network, an html editor to set up your ads and on and on. You really need to see this to understand the work that has gone on in planning the network side of this site.

The other part of the program is called Gibline. Gibline is a payplan where everyone gets paid as they cycle through the program. We are talking about large sums of money for those who get in early, checks like 25,000 and 50,000 and evenup to 1 million dollars when you cycle to 15 pods.

I can't say this enough times.

You must be in this early in order to take full advantage of the cycling process which happens over and over again and as you cycle you get more cycle pods added to your line. More pods means more money.

I'm not hiding the affiliate link on this one because I want you to see what it looks like.

One Day Older and Deeper in Debt

That's what ole' Tennessee Ernie Ford sang about. Remember the song? It's called "16 Tons" and it was put out an awfully long time ago, somewhere around the late 50's if memory serves. But the sentiment is still the same today, especially in these days and times what with the mortgage crisis and all. And it's especially true if you're retired, or just working from home "trying to make a living."

If you haven't figured out the secret yet, here's a hint. It's called Passive Income, of the "set and forget" variety. And I've got 2 resources to help you with establishing "set and forget" type programs that produce passive income.

The first is my site, the Retirement Income System where I talk about all sorts of interesting ideas and projects you can get going on. Here's a link to my favs right now - CIO (check it out).

The other is a video course just released by Neil Shearing called (and this IS right up our respective alleys) "Passive Cashflow Secrets" and it is available right now. Now, is that not opportune or what. And until Wednesday of this week, Neil is keeping the cost really low, so you've got to act fairly quickly. CIO at:
www.dickhale.com/recommends/passivecashflowsecrets.html

I mean anyone could use some passive income right now. So we're not just limiting ourselves to retirees. We're talking stay-at-home Moms, second income searchers, college kids looking for extra spending money, just about anyone needing some extra change in their pocket.

And there really no better way than passive income using the Internet.

It's TGIF, and Time's a Wastin'

Jim Daniels has a new post out, and it is rather timely. He discusses 2 potential "holes" that might be in your business, and what you might be able to do to patch them up. You can read about it at his BizWeb e-Gazette. And while you're there, reconsider getting his "New Age Work at Home Plan" if you haven't already. This is one book I've really gotten a lot out of, and I highly recommend it to you. However, since you're reading about it here, you need to order it through me from my Digital Shores site so that I'll get the referrals. The report is free, but if you decide on the upsales, I'll get the credit. So there.

My other blog, the Beachmiser Blog, is spouting off about one more Alaskan Cruise video that just got posted. If you've never seen Sitka, Alaska from a kayak, then this is not the video for you. But it is about kayaking in and around the Sitka wilds.

Some of you may know my good friend Blaine. Well, his Dad just passed away the other night, and we'd like to send out our sincerest condolences and fond remembrances to Glen, Blaine and their family, especially his Dad's family and friends. Glen was 98+ when he fell asleep for the final time, and he will be fondly remembered. He was a very unique individual (to say the least) and a person that was just an honor to know. I felt privileged to call him a friend.

Are your taxes done? The automatic extension is up this coming Monday, so if you're a heavy procrastinator like me, don't let this slip by. 'Nuff said.

OK - it's TGIF and almost tea time for a T cubed. Hoist one in memory of Glen, he'd like that!

Neil Shearing Does It Again

One of the most respected online marketers, Neil Shearing, has just released an incredible set of movies. I strongly urge you to check them out...
http://scamfreezone.com/t.cgi?a=207292&e=/cashflow/

Why should you take a look? Well, Neil is an expert at creating Passive Cashflow. That means, he sets up a revenue stream and then forgets about it... while it keeps putting money into his back account. Neil says this is the only way for lazy people, like him, to get rich online. :-)

In one example, he shows how he earned $82.95 from Adsense in just one day, from one website which he claims builds itself! In another example he'll show you how he's still earning money from a site he set up which has earned him $30,240 over seven years! How many people do you know who have been earning "hands free" money online for that long?

There are other examples... one autoresponder put an extra $8,257 pure profit into his hands with no effort... one affiliate program paid him $26,704 passive income in a year. You see, there are lots of people who talk nonsense about making money online, but Neil isn't one of them. He's been earning cash online for over ten YEARS and all his products are of tried and tested, proven techniques.

Check out Neil's movies on creating passive cashflow right now, while you're thinking about it. http://scamfreezone.com/t.cgi?a=207292&e=/cashflow/

Major Updates

There are a couple of quick things to announce:

1. I've just updated my main site - The Internet Retirement System (dot com) and it now seems a lot cleaner, more straight forward, but still chock full of lots of "set and forget" and other ideas. Check it out - I think you'll really notice the improvement. Tell me what you think.

2. I've just signed on for Neil Sheering's new course about passive income programs, which is (obviously) right up my alley. So stay tuned, RSS this blog, and I'll keep us all updated as I learn new and wonderful things from Neil's course.

3. I am close to posting another Alaskan Cruise video, so check the Beachmiser Blog for news of that.

That's it for now - I just wanted to get these thought out whilst I was thinking of them.

Free List Building Service

I've just come across a new list building service called Business World List. Janet LeGere pointed me towards it, and am I glad she did. It's free to join, but as a free member you can only send out to 200 optins every 48 hours. As an upgraded paid member you can send out to there entire database of over 72,000 optin members every 48 hours. That's quite a difference. Plus, you can opt-out of all the member ads, and for only - what - $12.95 a month.

I've started off as a free member, just to check it out, but at that price I'll probably upgrade pretty soon. CIO at http://www.businessworldlist.com/members/index.cgi?shagmiser - and I mean really CIO.

OK - on to some other stuff. I'm going to get really dangerous here pretty soon because I'm taking some personal coaching from the offices of Ann Sieg. You all remember her, right? The Renegade Network Marketer? I bought her book awhile back (also called the Renegade Network Marketer interestingly enough), and part of that purchase was 30 minutes of consulting with one of her hand picked councilors. So maybe by the time she's through with me, I'll be really dangerous. One can only hope.

Anyway, she did publish a free e-book I'd like to pass along to you. It's called the "7 Great Lies of Network Marketing." Just right click on the underlined hyperlink and we'll take you there. There's no list gathering info to fill out or anything like that, just Ann's cool little book.
